About the Role
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action, tech meets trust, and innovation is a way of life. As the world of work evolves, we seek Trailblazers passionate about advancing business and the world through AI, driving innovation while upholding Salesforce's core values.

Agentforce represents the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. We are hiring a hands-on Partner Technical Architect to collaborate with top system integrator partners, building and shipping production-grade Agentforce solutions at scale. In this builder role, you will work directly with Partner FDEs to transform ambiguous enterprise AI challenges into working solutions, reference implementations, and evaluation harnesses. Your insights will help raise quality and partner-led outcomes.

The ideal candidate can build, debug, explain trade-offs, and package learnings so multiple partner teams benefit. While Salesforce and Agentforce experience are valuable, we prioritize strong engineering judgment, applied AI fluency, builder instincts, and the ability to quickly ramp up on the Salesforce platform.

Key responsibilities include prototyping to validate ideas and unblock implementation risks, building reusable assets such as reference implementations and demos, reviewing partner architectures for design and production readiness, coaching partner teams through technical reviews, and translating field feedback into product and engineering insights. You will help partners connect technical architecture choices to delivery quality, customer outcomes, and consumption economics.

Join Salesforce to unleash your potential, supported by benefits and resources that help you find balance and maximize your impact. Together, we will bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven experience shipping or prototyping real software, agents, automations, internal tools, or technical demos.
- Demonstrable work such as GitHub repositories, demo apps, architecture documentation, or open-source contributions.
- Applied AI experience including building with LLMs, agents, retrieval augmented generation, tool use, workflow orchestration, or automation systems.
- Ability to debug agent behavior including traces, logs, failure modes, tool calls, and user experience issues.
- Strong enterprise architecture judgment with systems thinking across APIs, data flows, security, integration, and observability.
- Experience communicating with engineers, architects, product teams, and executive stakeholders.

About You
- Builder mindset: learns new platforms by building, moves fast without compromising safety, reliability, and maintainability.
- Pattern extractor: turns one-off work into reusable assets.
- Comfortable operating in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
- Strong product sense to distinguish platform gaps, configuration issues, and partner delivery challenges.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Apex, Flow, LWC, MuleSoft, or multi-cloud architecture is preferred but not required.

- Experience working with system integrators, partner delivery teams, or complex enterprise implementation programs is a plus.
- Published technical work such as open-source projects, internal platform documentation, talks, or blog posts is advantageous.
- Familiarity with consumption economics, agent cost modeling, total cost of ownership, or outcome-based delivery models is beneficial.
