About the Role
Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, is seeking a hands-on Partner Technical Architect to join the Agentforce team. In this role, you will collaborate directly with top system integrator partners to build and ship production-grade Agentforce solutions at scale. You will prototype quickly to validate ideas, build reference implementations and starter kits, and convert field lessons into reusable assets such as code, diagrams, checklists, and architecture guidance. You will review partner architectures for design, tooling, security, observability, cost, and production readiness, and coach partner teams through design clinics, office hours, and technical walkthroughs. This role requires strong engineering judgment, applied AI fluency, and the ability to rapidly learn and apply the Salesforce platform. Join us to help shape the future of AI-driven customer success and deliver innovative solutions that transform businesses worldwide.
Experience
- Proven experience shipping or prototyping real software, agents, automations, internal tools, or technical demos.
- Demonstrable work such as GitHub repositories, demo apps, architecture documentation, or open-source contributions.
- Experience building with LLMs, agents, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), tool use, workflow orchestration, or automation systems.
- Ability to debug agent behavior including traces, logs, failure modes, and user experience gaps.
- Strong systems thinking across APIs, data flows, identity, security, integration, observability, and operational handoff.
- Experience communicating clearly with engineers, architects, product teams, partner leaders, and executives.
- Comfort operating in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
About you
- Builder mindset with the ability to learn new platforms by building.
- Ability to move fast while maintaining safety, reliability, observability, and maintainability.
- Skilled at extracting patterns from one-off work and creating reusable assets.
- Strong product sense to identify platform gaps, configuration issues, and partner delivery challenges.
- Experience working with system integrators, partner delivery teams, or complex enterprise implementation programs is a plus.
- Published technical work such as open-source projects, talks, blog posts, or reusable architecture patterns is advantageous.
- Familiarity with consumption economics, agent cost modeling, TCO, or outcome-based delivery models is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Apex, Flow, LWC, MuleSoft, or multi-cloud architecture is preferred but not required.
- Salesforce certifications are helpful but not mandatory if strong builder evidence and rapid platform learning can be demonstrated.
- Commitment to continuous learning and ability to translate broader engineering and AI experience into partner-ready Agentforce patterns.
