We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive for our Public Sector Care team to drive long-term growth within the NHS and Department of Health & Social Care. This role is designed for a sales technology evangelist who can align Salesforce solutions with NHS planning guidance. As a target-driven Account Executive, you will work at a high cadence and require a high degree of self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with key decision makers and their supporting teams.
- Develop comprehensive account plans mapping the complex NHS decision-making hierarchy.
- Quantify operational and financial benefits of Salesforce solutions in terms of measurable customer outcomes.
- Lead complex tender responses, collaborating with Salesforce certified partners and commercial teams.
- Work closely with customer teams and lead cross-functional virtual Salesforce teams supporting specialist pursuits.

Requirements

Experience
- Ideally 3–5 years selling into the NHS with a proven track record of meeting high-value targets.
- Deep understanding of NHS structure, including Integrated Health Organisations (IHOs) and Arms Length Bodies.
- Extensive direct sales experience with a consistent history of exceeding quota.
- Experience managing broad partner and advisory firm ecosystems.
- Skilled in navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–18 months) and collaborating with virtual internal and external teams.

- Strong commercial acumen with ability to build complex business cases and ROI models.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, able to translate technical features into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and CRM software sales is preferred.
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
