As an Agentforce + Data Cloud Success Architect, you will be a trusted subject-matter expert within the broader Success Architect organization. You will engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Agentforce + Data Cloud. You will identify capability gaps and propose creative architectural solutions, facilitate and influence executive stakeholders, and align technology strategy to business value and ROI.

You will run playbooks tailored to the unique needs of Agentforce + Data Cloud customers, build strong relationships with internal and external partners, and drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing. Your expertise will directly influence the technical architecture and solution design strategies, ensuring customer success and contributing to Salesforce's growth and reputation as an industry leader.

Experience
- Fluent in both French and English
- Minimum 2 development/project implementation lifecycles of Salesforce solutions, preferably in Agentforce or Data/AI areas but any Salesforce Cloud implementation is acceptable
- Minimum 8 years proven experience in enterprise consulting, including implementing enterprise software solutions in Salesforce generally and/or specifically in the customer data category
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes, guiding customers through migration and optimization of Salesforce solutions including Agentforce and Data360
- Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive

Qualifications
