About the Role
The AI & Business Intelligence Program Manager leads the end-to-end execution of data strategy and AI initiatives across Tripadvisor’s Travel Experiences. Positioned at the intersection of business intelligence, product, and customer operations, you will translate complex machine learning models, predictive traveler trends, and generative AI features into tangible operational strategy. You will maintain program momentum, unblock technical and cross-functional teams, and regularly deliver high-level BI and performance updates to executive leadership. Key responsibilities include driving executive and business updates by establishing clear reporting cadences, orchestrating AI and BI roadmaps across Data Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Traveler CX teams, delivering operational momentum by maintaining project management rigor, translating data into actionable strategy to reduce friction in the booking and trip lifecycle, and proactively resolving technical and organizational bottlenecks to keep projects on schedule.

Experience
4–6 years of program management experience leading technical AI, business intelligence, or data strategy initiatives.

About you
- Strong command of business intelligence frameworks and visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau.
- Proficient in SQL and practical understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, including Generative AI and predictive modeling.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical roadmaps involving data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize data-heavy technical concepts into compelling updates for non-technical executives.
- Deep interest in online travel, marketplace dynamics, and traveler journey optimization.

Qualifications
Preferred background in travel tech, e-commerce marketplaces, or consumer-facing digital platforms. Certifications in program management (PMP, CSM) or advanced credentials in Business Intelligence / Data Strategy are advantageous.
