About the Role
Join Tripadvisor as a Software Engineer II (Android) within our fast-growing mobile team. This role focuses primarily on Android development with opportunities to work on backend microservices. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers, participating in the full software lifecycle from design to deployment. Our engineers release code frequently, fostering a dynamic and agile environment. The tech stack includes Kotlin, Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, Cursor, and GraphQL, structured around clean architecture and MVVM principles. You will take ownership of software engineering tasks including design, implementation, QA, and maintenance while working alongside global engineering teams. Experience
- At least 3 years of commercial software development experience, solving diverse technical problems.
- Proven experience developing Android applications.
