About the Role
Join Tripadvisor, a global leader connecting people to experiences worth sharing, as a Senior Manager in Incentives Strategy and Operations. In this high-impact role, you will own the strategic and operational governance of Tripadvisor’s incentives and loyalty portfolio, shaping how the business evaluates, prioritizes, and scales incentive initiatives. You will collaborate across Finance, Product, Data, CRM, Regional, and Marketing teams to translate complex program economics into clear recommendations, scalable processes, and better business decisions. Your work will address key growth and profitability questions such as which incentives drive incremental value, which audiences to invest in, and how to balance conversion, customer value, margin, and cost discipline.
This role requires building structure from ambiguity, influencing stakeholders without direct authority, and translating analysis into strategy, governance, and action. While execution teams support campaign delivery, you will set the strategic direction, operating cadence, measurement standards, and investment discipline that enable the incentives portfolio to scale effectively across markets, channels, and customer segments.
Key responsibilities include shaping the incentives strategy and governance model, building the financial and analytical backbone for incentives performance, turning insights into roadmap and investment decisions, designing scalable operating processes for cross-functional execution, and championing incentive economics as a disciplined business portfolio. Success means delivering a clear, trusted view of incentive performance, aligning finance and business teams on measurement and reporting, and enabling the business to scale incentives with speed, confidence, and financial control.
Tripadvisor offers a dynamic environment where execution is agile, data-driven, and built to scale, with a culture centered on putting the traveler first, succeeding together, and driving results through collaboration and accountability.
