About the Role
Join our revamped Housing Specialisms team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as an ASB Assistant and help deliver an excellent service for residents. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused team player who wants to make a difference.

As an ASB Assistant, you will support ASB Caseworkers within the Housing Specialisms Team to provide reliable, consistent services that residents value and are satisfied with. You will contribute to robust performance against KPIs and targets by providing strong administrative support and responding to resident enquiries at the first point of contact.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate and detailed customer records in relevant systems while adhering to data protection legislation. You will ensure the team is aware of any red flag issues and complete a variety of administrative tasks such as scanning and indexing documents, compiling chronologies, data input, minute taking, mail merges, reviewing and refreshing customer data, post and invoice management, arranging meetings and training, and processing customer surveys and questionnaires.

This role offers hybrid working with 20% to 40% of contractual hours worked from the reporting office or working location.

Requirements

Experience
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages is essential.
- Fantastic customer service skills.
- Administrative skills and experience supporting a busy team.

Qualifications
