We are seeking an Area Manager who inspires and leads with kindness, integrity, and inclusivity. You will be responsible for around six schemes across London, supporting up to 10 Scheme Managers. These schemes have a history of anti-social behaviour, so confidence in managing such issues while empowering your team to respond effectively and sensitively is essential.

This is a hands-on, operational role involving regular visits to schemes, supporting your team, managing complaints, leading on health and safety, and enabling staff to tackle challenges like anti-social behaviour with confidence. You will lead by example, building a values-led culture that celebrates diversity, encourages new ideas, and acts in the best interests of residents.

A car may be helpful for this role, but what matters most is your ability to lead with heart and purpose.

Experience
- Managing dispersed teams in housing or a similar setting
- Handling complex people management issues
- Dealing confidently with anti-social behaviour and community safety
- Strong knowledge of tenancy agreements, landlord responsibilities, and housing legislation
