About the School
Opened in 2014, Arc School Ansley is an independent specialist day school in Ansley for children and young people aged 11 to 17. Our experienced team provides outstanding education to children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated needs such as social, emotional and mental health needs, communication needs, and cognition and learning needs. Arc School Ansley is part of Kedleston Group, specialising in education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including ASC, ADHD, and SEMH.

Requirements

Experience
Experience of working with children and young people with SEND and ASC is required.

About You
You will have strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods is expected.

Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required. A qualification in SEND education is desirable.
