About the Role

As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join our team and support the day-to-day management of our dynamic real estate portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their asset management career to gain broad exposure across commercial real estate, finance, and operations. Working within the Asset Management team, you will support the performance and optimisation of a large, operational portfolio, helping ensure our buildings deliver both commercially and operationally. Your responsibilities will include lease tracking, service charge analysis, stakeholder coordination, and reporting to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Asset Managers with day-to-day portfolio management
- Track key lease events, obligations, and compliance requirements
- Assist with rent reviews, lease variations, and landlord & tenant matters
- Support onboarding and mobilisation of new buildings
- Review service charge budgets, invoices, and reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of budgets, recharges, and cost tracking
- Collaborate with Finance on monitoring spend and forecasting
- Maintain accurate financial and property records
- Maintain lease, service charge, and insurance databases
- Ensure all asset documentation is accurate, organised, and up to date
- Prepare reports, trackers, and performance summaries
- Support insurance renewals and claims processes
- Liaise with landlords, managing agents, consultants, and internal teams
- Collaborate with Facilities Management and Operations teams
- Support licences, approvals, and wider stakeholder communication

Experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in property management, asset management, or a similar role
- Familiarity with commercial leases and service charge processes
- Experience working with managing agents, landlords, or consultants is desirable

- Highly organised and proactive individual with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
Qualifications
- Degree educated, preferably in real estate, finance, surveying, or a related field
- Interest in or working towards professional qualifications such as RICS is a plus
