About the Role
The Assistant Company Secretary (Manager) will join the Company Secretariat team supporting the Boards of London Stock Exchange Group plc (LSEG plc) and its 300 subsidiaries. Reporting to the Head of Listed Company Governance, this management level fixed term contract role involves ensuring corporate governance requirements are met and legal and statutory compliance is maintained across the Group. You will provide extensive Board, Governance and Administrative support to the LSEG plc Board and its Committees, focusing on listed company matters including compliance with the UK Listing Rules, Market Abuse Regulation (UK MAR), and the Corporate Governance Code. Key responsibilities include assisting with Board governance and support, managing corporate governance developments and horizon scanning, drafting governance sections of the Annual Report, leading the delivery of the LSEG plc Annual General Meeting, handling compliance with UK MAR and Share Dealing processes, supporting governance projects and corporate transactions, and managing record keeping and external information requests. Experience
Proven experience in listed company governance matters including drafting Board or Committee minutes. Experience working with multiple departments and developing strong working relationships across a business. Familiarity with UK Listing Rules, UK MAR, and Corporate Governance Code compliance.

Qualifications
Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) qualified. University degree or equivalent. Strong IT skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, GEMs, Diligent Boards, and Insidertrack.
