About the Role
As Assistant Director - Product Manager at Moody's, you will own the product lifecycle focused on increasing AI integration across Moody's business services and making these capabilities consumable by AI agents. You will define how Moody's services are exposed and packaged for agent-based consumption, recommend distribution channels such as MCP and MCP Apps, and build prototypes to validate fit with internal and external clients. Your role includes gathering structured feedback to drive data-driven product decisions and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks by partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.

You will help build and maintain evaluation frameworks for AI-integrated services, design evaluation pipelines, and define KPIs across latency, accuracy, hallucination rate, coverage, and user satisfaction. Driving continuous improvement cycles based on evaluation results and customer feedback will be key.

Supporting product definition for MCP and MCP App integrations, you will help shape the MCP App surface area to deliver richer, interactive experiences within AI agents. You will partner with engineering teams to design, build, and iterate on MCP server and MCP App implementations, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance with data governance standards.

Using AI tools such as Claude Desktop and Claude Code, you will rapidly prototype capabilities, validate hypotheses, and accelerate delivery while maintaining safety and responsible use standards. You will author and apply AI Skills to standardize and scale agent workflows and support solution discovery through customer engagements, beta deployments, and design sprints.

Working embedded with engineering teams from concept through production, you will maintain accountability for delivery timelines and quality, document architectures and best practices, and champion the AI-First mindset across the segment. You will mentor peers on AI product practices and partner with Pre-Sales and Commercial Strategy teams to align on market intelligence, competitive landscape, and go-to-market priorities.

This role is part of the C&G Product Builders team, which delivers end-to-end solutions from data to AI agents and customer-facing analytics. The team operates globally with a strong growth mandate, emphasizing rapid prototyping, deep technical collaboration, and ownership.
