As a Project Manager in AI Enablement, you will oversee the planning, execution, and release of multiple ML/GenAI projects aligned with Moody’s strategic objectives. You will manage dependencies across internal and external squads, facilitate quarterly planning and roadmap alignment, and champion Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Your role includes coaching cross-functional teams, engaging senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency through dashboards and performance reporting, and partnering with data science, ML operations, and front-end teams to optimize release processes and reduce time-to-market.

You will also assist with product pilot programmes, rollouts, user feedback collection, and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks while driving continuous improvement. This role requires a strong focus on aligning delivery with product vision and business strategy.

Experience
- 2+ years leading end-to-end delivery of AI/Machine Learning initiatives in complex enterprise environments
- Agile leadership experience coaching Scrum/Kanban practices and driving continuous improvement
- Proven ability to build, prioritize, and manage backlogs, aligning scope, timeline, and quality across squads
- Strong stakeholder communication skills including project status updates, managing dependencies and risks, and facilitating decisions
- Experience maintaining project reporting, dashboards, and enforcing delivery standards
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile estimation techniques (story points, velocity, burndown)
- Preferred: Technical fluency in data science workflows, coding concepts, AWS, and enterprise deployments
- Preferred: Experience coordinating delivery across multiple squads, regions, and cross-functional teams
- Good knowledge of finance concepts, especially financial analysis
- Demonstrated proficiency in AI concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred; business-related degrees considered with prior technical experience
- Professional certifications such as PMP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master) are highly desirable
