About the Role
Support the Showroom Experience Manager in leading the end-to-end Showroom experience and operations across London and Paris. Plan and execute all key activities within the Showrooms while maintaining a luxury standard. Manage the recruitment of temporary teams and support contractors to ensure operational excellence and support business objectives. Maintain a luxury Showroom environment at all times, ensuring a high level of experience for all clients and stakeholders. Uphold the highest front and back of house standards to reflect Burberry’s luxury image, including daily checks and adherence to Burberry guidelines and Product Standards. Support preparation and execution of all Showroom activities to ensure efficient operations, working closely with the Showroom Strategy and Execution team on pre-market scheduling for retail and wholesale market weeks. Coordinate internal meeting requests, walkthroughs, VIP visits, and Showroom events. Lead walkthroughs for internal teams and support recruitment, onboarding, and management of London and Paris teams. Build a strong team through coaching, delegation, follow-up, and regular feedback. Lead weekly Showroom huddles with the London Temporary team to cascade key updates and cover the Samples and Showroom activities calendar. Manage Showroom top ups including model equipment, office requirements, and consumables. Collaborate with the VM team to manage inventory of Showroom VM props and fixtures, including new deliveries. Schedule and book Showroom maintenance and works prior to high-level events and selling seasons. Lead management of Showroom Models across London and Paris, working closely with Studio and Model booking teams to align initiatives. Support Collection Presentations by working cross-functionally with Styling, Merchandising, and Studio teams. Act as point of contact for commercial shoots, ensuring all support teams are booked. Become a key lead for Wholesale teams, representing the Showroom and supporting all requests while maintaining Showroom guidelines. Work closely with Wholesale ahead of market weeks to review feedback and identify opportunities for future markets. Manage seasonal booking forms and analyze post-market figures to streamline processes. Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained at all times, including fire warden responsibilities.
Experience
Managerial experience with the ability to lead large cross-functional meetings. Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of Planning and Merchandising critical paths, including market calendars. Experience managing schedules and calendars.
About you
PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of SAP and LM is desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Flexible approach to working. Excellent team player with a good sense of initiative, proactive thinking, and decision-making. Able to work calmly and professionally under pressure. Outstanding organisational and planning skills.
