In this role, you will delight customers by greeting them warmly, efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas and other drinks to our high standards, and share the story of our menu while being aware of allergen procedures. You will maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules and health and safety standards. Additionally, you will monitor stock levels, use till systems for payments and orders, provide exceptional customer service, and assist the team with other tasks as needed.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus but not essential.
