Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end bid process across pre-tender preparation, tender activity, proposals development, and final submission; supporting work winning activity through win strategy development, competitor analysis, and early pursuit planning; coordinating technical and commercial workstreams to develop robust solutions and support accurate pricing; working collaboratively with bid partners, bid directors, supply chain teams, and wider stakeholders to create compelling bid submissions; ensuring opportunities are tracked and progressed through the required business lifecycle including preparation for gate reviews; building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to support account development and future pursuit activity; planning and managing PQQ and ITT quality submissions using standard work winning tools and agreed ways of working; overseeing writers, reviewers, question owners, and subject matter experts to ensure submissions are well-resourced and high quality; managing proposal production, formatting, design input and overall look and feel, working with internal or external creative teams where needed; and reviewing submission content to ensure it addresses scoring criteria, meets technical requirements, is fully compliant, and is proofread before issue.
Our people are our biggest asset and we focus on recruiting, training, and developing those who can apply innovation to deliver the infrastructure of the future. We nurture these talents, offer a great benefits package in addition to a competitive base salary, and continually invest in developing the skills of our people at every level.
