About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping and delivering change across our organisation. You’ll work on a variety of projects, helping us understand what needs to change, why, and how we can do it in a way that delivers real value.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define activities that support strategic delivery, leading business analysis across change initiatives involving people, process, technology, and data, eliciting and documenting business requirements for new or improved services, mapping ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes, identifying gaps and supporting change impact assessments, supporting the development of roadmaps and benefits frameworks, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of sustainable business change and benefits realisation.

Please note there are two 9-month fixed term contract positions available to cover maternity leave.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven experience in the Business Analyst role with a track record of successful change delivery resulting in measurable benefits such as time saved, cost reduced, or improved service outcomes.
- Experience leading or contributing to change initiatives across strategic and operational levels.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, with evidence of building trust, influencing decisions, and facilitating collaboration across teams.
- Ability to produce a range of Business Analysis deliverables including User Stories, Use Cases, Business Process mapping, and Business Requirement documentation.
- Experience working in both agile and waterfall environments.

- Highly collaborative, a great communicator, and always open to new ideas.
- A strong facilitator, detail-oriented, and confident using a range of business analysis tools and techniques.
- Initiative and self-starting approach with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive work forward with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
- Desirable: BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent.
- Good level of secondary education or degree.
- Must have the right to work in the UK as Peabody does not provide sponsorship.
