About the Role
Programme start date: September 2027. Our award-winning graduate programme provides the ideal springboard for an exciting and meaningful career in global financial markets. As a graduate, you will join the Data and Analytics Division, a dynamic, fast-paced environment where instant reaction and long-term vision are equally important. Data & Analytics is one of the world’s largest providers of financial data and infrastructure, serving over 40,000 customers and 400,000 end users across approximately 190 markets. The division supplies extensive, quality data, news, information and analytics that inform investment decisions and is the #1 supplier of real-time market data to the global financial and investor community, processing up to 176 billion market messages daily from over 150,000 data sources.

This dynamic business offers graduates opportunities in London to join Data and Analytics, aligned to either Analytics or Data and Feeds. To ensure the best fit, we will assess your skills and interests against business needs. The programme is a 12-month development journey designed to build foundational skills essential for your future success. You will build your knowledge of LSEG, financial markets and the business during a global induction, participate in divisional-led inductions, group projects aligned to LSEG goals, and attend the mid-point skills offsite event ‘Ignite’. You will also have access to industry-recognized qualifications, including 5 study days during the programme, and opportunities to connect with the global early careers community and contribute to society through CSR initiatives and volunteering.

Graduates join on a permanent basis and from day one will be aligned to Data and Analytics, enabling development within a secure framework.

Experience
We welcome applications from graduates who have completed their studies in 2026 or final year undergraduate or Master’s students completing all course requirements before summer 2027. Demonstrable interest in financial markets through studies, work experience or extracurricular activities is essential.

About you
You should have a genuine curiosity for data and an ability to analyse information to draw conclusions and propose solutions. A customer-centric and product-led mindset is important. You must be able to connect the dots and think strategically in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating focus, resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing demands. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others are required. We value individuals who recognise that what you achieve is equally important as how you achieve it.

Qualifications
Applicants should have completed or be completing a relevant degree or Master’s qualification by summer 2027. Industry recognized qualifications will be supported during the programme.
