About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee probation administration processes across 10 prison establishments, requiring routine attendance at these sites. This role involves access to sensitive police and criminal justice information and systems, including data shared under Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA). As such, Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) clearance is mandatory and must be maintained throughout employment. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and supporting the effective delivery of public protection custody services within the London Probation Service.
Additional Information
Prisons may conduct additional vetting to obtain keys. Appointment is conditional upon successfully obtaining and maintaining the required NPPV clearance. Failure to obtain or maintain clearance may affect the ability to carry out the role's duties.

Experience
Proven experience in managing administrative processes within a complex environment is desirable. Experience working within criminal justice or public protection settings is advantageous.

Qualifications
