Your responsibilities will include ensuring customers receive an efficient and enjoyable experience that consistently exceeds expectations, building marketing and social media plans to support experiences, pop ups and events, monitoring colleagues’ work and conducting appraisals, recognising training needs and potential. You will be passionate about the Coffee Bar operation, staying aware of new concepts and ideas in the industry and on the high street to enhance the current offer, and actively encouraging colleagues to develop themselves and seek out new trends.

Experience
Proven experience as a manager within a hospitality environment, ideally retail
Experience in creating a thriving and successful working environment

About you
Friendly, professional and efficient with excellent supervisory and communication skills
Good delegation and influencing skills
Ability to inspire and develop a collaborative team
Passion for coffee and delivering outstanding customer service

Qualifications
Relevant hospitality management experience preferred
