About the Role
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for construction projects? Join our Capital Delivery Team, part of the New Homes and Corporate Landlord Service, and take on a key role delivering a variety of non-housing capital projects across multiple council departments. You will oversee design development from concept through to technical design stage and manage projects from inception, procurement, to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with drive, ambition, and a proven track record in managing and delivering capital schemes. Experience
Proven track record managing and delivering capital projects.
Good knowledge of planning, procurement, and contract administration processes.
