About the Role

Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal hygiene care while promoting independence, dignity, and respect. You will recognise and escalate clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infection in a timely manner. Acting courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting individuality, and practicing safe systems of work are essential aspects of this role. Experience
No prior experience is required as a thorough induction and training programme is provided to build confidence in your role.

Qualifications
This role requires a DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare) and proof of eligibility to work in the UK. No formal qualifications are necessary to apply.
