We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Client Liaison Manager at Wandsworth Common Care Home. In this role, your focus will be to manage the sales and marketing processes within the home, ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base, and maximising revenue.

Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring sales targets and Sales & Marketing deadlines are met and adhere to brand standards
- Assisting in answering all general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers, including brochure requests and internet enquiries
- Managing and maintaining up-to-date information on the pipeline of potential residents to maximise revenue
- Developing new contacts and maintaining regular, close relationships with all key care influencers

Experience
Ideally, previous experience in a sales position is preferred.

About you

You must possess effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner, be able to negotiate with skill and expertise, and prioritise your own workload efficiently. A full UK clean driving licence is essential.

Qualifications
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is required. This role will require a DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
