We are currently seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant at Wandsworth Common Care Home in London.

Your focus as a Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with all aspects of personal hygiene care while ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times. You will also recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infections, escalating any identified risks promptly. Acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality, and practicing safe systems of work across all tasks are essential aspects of this role.

Experience
No prior experience is required as we provide a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within your role.

Qualifications
This role requires a DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare) and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
