In this role, you will recruit, train, and supervise catering staff including servers, chefs, and support personnel. You will set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain high performance standards. You will monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations, addressing any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

You will coordinate the delivery, setup, and breakdown of catering equipment and supplies, oversee event flow including food service and beverage distribution, and manage inventory and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels. Building positive relationships with clients and guests, handling inquiries and special dietary requirements with professionalism, and continuously seeking feedback to improve services will be key to your success.

Experience
Previous experience within the hospitality industry is required.

You understand delegation skills and have excellent organisational abilities with high attention to detail. You communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. You are adaptable and approach challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications
Relevant hospitality experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential. A willingness to learn and grow within the role is highly valued.
