As a Chef De Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain supplies and cleanliness in line with policies and procedures. Maintaining high quality standards for presentation and taste is essential. You will collaborate with the head chef on menu development, providing suggestions for improvement or innovation. Additionally, you will ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and your designated area, maintaining equipment in good working order.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
