As a General Assistant, you will serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs and requests are efficiently addressed. You will provide excellent customer service by being attentive throughout the customer journey, answering questions, and resolving any concerns. Collaboration with colleagues is essential to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a safe, inclusive working environment. You will also comply with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus but not essential.
