In this role, you will train and supervise a catering team including a barista, chef and kitchen porter, set clear expectations, and provide ongoing feedback to maintain high performance. You will monitor food quality, presentation and service standards, promptly resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate logistics including delivery, setup and breakdown of catering equipment and supplies, oversee event flow, manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

Customer service is key, and you will foster positive relationships with clients and guests, handling inquiries, requests and special dietary requirements professionally and courteously. You will actively seek feedback to continuously improve catering services.

Experience
Previous experience commensurate with the role is required. Experience supervising, training and supporting a team is essential.
