Key Responsibilities
• Ensure customers receive an efficient and enjoyable experience, consistently exceeding service and value expectations.
• Monitor colleagues’ work, conduct appraisals, and identify training needs and potential.
• Be passionate about the Coffee Bar operation and stay aware of new concepts and ideas in the industry and on the high street to enhance the current offer.
• Actively encourage colleagues to develop themselves and seek out new trends.

Experience
• Experience as a manager within a hospitality environment, ideally retail.
• Proven ability to create a thriving and successful working environment.
• Excellent supervisory and communication skills.
• Strong delegation and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated team development skills.

Qualifications
