About the Role
At BaxterStorey, we believe great food and genuine hospitality start with great people and well-delivered operations. We are seeking a Project & Mobilisation Manager to support the successful launch, refresh, and retention of contracts across our London business portfolio. This varied, fast-paced role involves working closely with Operations and central teams to bring new concepts, changes, and mobilisations to life.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects land smoothly into live sites by creating structure and clarity while keeping people at the heart of delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting mobilisation of new contracts, contract refreshes, and retention projects to ensure smooth and consistent delivery
- Coordinating mobilisation plans, timelines, and key activities with Operations Teams and central support functions
- Acting as a central point of coordination for mobilisation activity to keep teams aligned, informed, and supported
- Facilitating regular mobilisation and project check-ins with clear updates on progress, actions, and next steps
- Championing BaxterStorey mobilisation tools, templates, and ways of working to maintain structured yet practical delivery
- Identifying risks, challenges, and dependencies early and collaborating with teams to resolve them
- Supporting Operations with mobilisation planning, resourcing considerations, and first-line assessment of support needs
- Ensuring effective handover into Operations to set teams up for success
- Collaborating with subject matter experts across HR, Finance, Health & Safety, IT, Brand, and Marketing for joined-up delivery
- Capturing learning from mobilisations and contributing ideas for continuous improvement
- Supporting ad-hoc projects to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall experience for teams and clients
