As a Chef De Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness in line with policies. Maintaining high quality standards for presentation and taste is essential. You will collaborate with the head chef on menu development, contribute ideas for new recipes, and help maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment functionality. Effective communication and teamwork are key to supporting your colleagues and delivering excellent food service.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
