This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Head Chef to make a name for themselves within the food service industry and be part of setting the new standard for workplace hospitality.
As Head Chef, you will lead, inspire, collaborate, and support your team to deliver consistently exceptional standards. You will build positive, credible, and collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders, continually develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment, and create a culture of excellence focused on caring service, obsessive food standards, and innovation. You will also be responsible for achieving critical business KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial, and Governance targets.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
Demonstrated experience managing, training, and supporting a team is essential.
Financially astute with strong analytical skills to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance.
