About the Role
We are recruiting a CCTV Manager to lead a well-established and high-performing CCTV team within Safer Merton. You will be responsible for a service that operates 24/7, 365 days a year, driving it forward to ensure compliance with guidelines and legislation. This role involves continually developing the service to ensure it remains effective alongside an evolving national landscape.

You will ensure that Merton CCTV continues to deliver against our Community Safety Partnership priorities and our Corporate Plan, helping to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour, and supporting Merton to remain one of the safest London Boroughs.

Experience
Proven experience in CCTV operations and management, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements. Demonstrable project management skills and experience leading a team in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications
