About the Role
Hawley Woods School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cleaner to join our team to support daily cleaning and housekeeping duties. Responsibilities include daily cleaning throughout the school, covering classrooms, specialist teaching rooms, staff rooms, offices, and all internal circulation spaces according to work schedules and set standards. You will maintain bathroom, toilet, and shower areas in a hygienic condition, participate in thorough deep cleaning especially for special events, and use a range of cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and appropriate cleaning materials. Additional duties include collecting waste from bins, including recycling bins, adhering to good health and hygiene practices, and safely storing all cleaning materials at the end of each duty period. Other reasonable additional duties may be required from time to time.

Experience
Previous experience in cleaning, preferably in a school or similar environment.
