About the Role
As Cleaner Supervisor, you will help Camden achieve its aim of providing a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents by delivering a comprehensive, professional cleaning service across temporary accommodation schemes. Your responsibilities will include identifying and reporting health and safety hazards and repairs, undertaking low-level maintenance tasks, and managing a planned cleaning programme across temporary accommodation buildings. You will ensure health and safety compliance through regular checks and minor repairs, maintaining well-kept and safe units.
You will manage and plan work schedules for a dispersed team of cleaners, ensuring communal and external areas remain clean and tidy. Your leadership will focus on delivering a customer-focused cleaning and caretaking service to homeless households, supporting tenancy sustainment and reducing void times. This role requires a Basic DBS check as it is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
Experience
Experience working in a busy housing environment is essential, with a good understanding of housing legislation including the Housing Act 1996 Parts VI and VII. Proven ability to manage teams and deliver customer-focused services is required.

Qualifications
