This role: MTVH is a leading developer and regeneration agency delivering new homes inside and outside of London each year; Over the next 10 years, we will develop close to 10,000 new homes through a mix of regeneration and land-led development. The remuneration for this role is £52,500 - £55,263. We are looking for a Clerk of Works to provide a high-quality professional quality control inspection and technical support service to the Development Directorate. This is a Hybrid Role, predominantly site-based with office attendance and working from home where required. What you’ll need to succeed: The successful applicant will have extensive, knowledge and experience working in the residential construction sector in either an inspecting or site supervisory role. Be highly organised with strong time management, thoroughness, and attentiveness to detail. Membership of a relevant professional body (RICS, ICWCI etc), is preferred but not essential. Additionally, the successful applicant will have a sound understanding of residential development with the ability to inspect construction works for compliance with Statutory Regulations e.g. Building Regulations, CDM Regulations, Health and Safety at Work Act, and the organisations specifications and Employers' Requirements. The successful candidate will have the ability, to work autonomously as well as part of a team, to keep appropriate records of condition and progress on site. Ensure that such records are comprehensive and well structured. Please note :- we do not currently offer visa sponsorship. What’s in it for you?
