About the Role
The Client Advisor at Burberry builds strong relationships with new and existing clients, delivering a personalised and elevated luxury experience with commercial success. Reporting to store management, you will inspire clients by conveying passion for the brand, fashion, and luxury products. As an expert in client engagement and service, you will demonstrate high-level knowledge in styling and selling. Your role includes meeting and exceeding individual and store sales KPIs, providing luxury service through storytelling and brand passion, and following the client journey to elevate their experience—from initial impression to after-sales service. You will contribute to daily store operations by maintaining luxury standards, supporting inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance. Additionally, you will uphold company policies and visual standards, foster teamwork, and maintain a positive work environment.

Client Engagement
You will build meaningful relationships by working by appointment to provide personalised service, promote loyalty, and encourage incremental purchases. Capturing new luxury clients and driving retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales or client requests are key responsibilities.

Experience
Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets. Previous experience in Clientelling. Strong product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations. Experience working as part of a team.
