You will join a dynamic, supportive, and high-performing team recognized with a 2025 Staff Award for Delivery. As a key member of a small team, you will focus on excellent resident engagement, involving tenants in co-designing services and providing vital insights to improve service delivery, operational decision-making, strategic planning, and communications. Your work will ensure alignment with Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and housing consumer standards to maintain the Council’s C1 top rating.
This role requires a proactive, empathetic communicator who can build genuine relationships and foster a sense of community. You will translate complex information into clear, accessible messages, ensure inclusivity by engaging those often unheard, and creatively use technology and new media to reach and engage residents. You will be a reliable team player who adapts calmly to change and embraces new approaches based on community feedback.

Experience
Experience in community engagement, resident involvement, or related fields is desirable. Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and engage diverse groups effectively is essential.
