You will manage cases using dialogue, persuasion, negotiation, problem solving, and encouragement. The role involves conducting access visits to properties, including executing access warrants or injunctions when necessary.
You will be responsible for managing no access properties from the point they are referred by contractors until access is gained to complete compliance checks. You will carry out personal observations, collect photographic, audio, or video evidence, incorporate this into reports and witness statements, and attend court as required.
L&Q offers excellent benefits including a pension plan with up to 6% double contribution, 28 days annual leave rising to 31 days with length of service plus bank holidays, Westfield Health Cash Plan, non-contributory life assurance, up to 21 hours paid volunteering days, lifestyle benefits, Employee Assistance Programme, and more.
