You will lead the build, management and publication of content across Burberry.com, including campaigns, navigation, product pages and customer service content. You will coordinate global site launches through clear publishing plans, well-managed briefs and carefully structured go-live schedules. Partnering with Design, Copy, SEO, Merchandising, Project Management and wider Digital teams, you will deliver an optimised and consistent customer experience. You will manage the targeting and scheduling of personalised content across regions, ensuring customer journeys remain relevant, effective and aligned with campaign priorities. Maintaining site quality and readiness through detailed testing, resolving issues with Technology teams and identifying opportunities to improve functionality will be key. You will take ownership of digital projects, sharing clear progress updates and recommendations while supporting colleagues with CMS and PIM guidance.
