Elgin Ave., London. The team is based in the Thomas More Building in the Royal Courts of Justice (RCJ). This post is eligible for hybrid working, with a minimum 60% onsite presence required due to business needs. Occasional travel across England and Wales to attend meetings and staff events is expected, requiring flexibility.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Judicial Office’s Corporate, Estates and Infrastructure Team during a period of significant growth and development. The Judicial Office supports judges and magistrates across England and Wales, with over 480 staff, providing essential corporate services that enable the judiciary to perform effectively.
You will lead a varied portfolio of projects across the Corporate, Estates and Infrastructure Team, working closely with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders. This role requires creativity, flexibility, and strong leadership to deliver core business services and drive change across multiple locations. You will have the autonomy to manage your workload while being supported by an experienced team.
Key responsibilities include leading accommodation projects, representing the team at safety and security meetings, managing business continuity initiatives, providing secretariat support to the Incident Response Team, line managing an Assistant Corporate & Facilities Manager, leading internal communications, overseeing centrally managed budgets, advocating for health and safety, and quality assuring infrastructure projects.
The role is available for level transfer, promotion, or on loan, and offers extensive on-the-job training with opportunities for professional development.
Experience
- Proven track record of influencing and delivering results through others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Strong IT and organisational skills, including project management, budget oversight, prioritisation, and delivering cost-effective solutions
- Experience in corporate Health & Safety work and procurement processes is desirable
- Line management experience is advantageous

Qualifications
