You will work with end-users to test, monitor, and support video endpoints and meeting room devices, deploy and support legacy and cloud-based video infrastructure, and ensure reliable integration with MoJ services.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring and managing video services for reliability, resilience, and scalability, implementing security, backup, and redundancy strategies, maintaining interoperability with other MoJ systems, and keeping accurate documentation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the latest technologies in a supportive environment that offers excellent training, flexible working, and an inclusive culture where your opinion is valued.
