About the Role
We are recruiting three Stakeholder Engagement Managers to join Justice Digital, Data and Science within the Digital Compliance team. Digital Compliance delivers secure, accessible, resilient, and well-governed digital services across the Ministry of Justice. As a Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you will be embedded within at least two Digital Compliance teams, acting as their dedicated stakeholder engagement partner.
You will work closely with technical specialists to understand their services, users, and barriers to engagement or adoption. Your role will involve turning stakeholder insight into practical engagement plans, building trusted relationships, facilitating meaningful two-way engagement, and helping teams communicate complex services clearly.
You will operate within a hub-and-spoke model led by the G7 Stakeholder Engagement Lead, translating strategy into locally relevant activity and feeding insight back into the wider function.

Experience
- Planning and delivering stakeholder engagement activities supporting team or organisational priorities.
- Building trusted relationships across technical, non-technical, and senior audiences with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Facilitating meaningful two-way engagement such as workshops, events, communities, and networks.
- Using insight, evidence, and feedback to improve engagement approaches.
- Managing competing priorities across multiple teams, working independently, and adapting quickly to new subject areas and stakeholder needs.
- Practical understanding of inclusive and accessible working, removing barriers to participation.

Enthusiastic and adaptable professional with excellent communication skills, able to translate complex or technical information into clear, relevant, and accessible engagement for diverse audiences. You are proactive in building relationships and committed to inclusive working practices.

Qualifications
Willingness to be assessed against the requirements for BPSS clearance. No specific formal qualifications are mandated, but relevant experience and skills are essential.
