About the Role
We are recruiting a Stakeholder Engagement Lead within Justice Digital, Data and Science, part of the Digital Compliance team. Digital Compliance delivers secure, accessible, resilient and well-governed digital services, relying on strong relationships with users, delivery teams and accountable stakeholders.

As Stakeholder Engagement Lead, you will establish, lead and develop the stakeholder engagement capability across multiple specialist and technical functions. You will set strategic direction, operating models and priorities to help teams build trusted relationships, improve service adoption and support organisational behaviour change.

You will line manage three SEO Stakeholder Engagement Managers embedded in Digital Compliance teams, providing leadership, coaching and prioritisation to ensure a consistent, high-quality approach.

You will also advise senior leaders using stakeholder insight to identify risks and opportunities, strengthening relationships and enabling effective engagement.

Experience
- Proven experience developing and leading stakeholder engagement across complex specialist, technical or service-facing areas.
- Experience establishing or improving stakeholder engagement capabilities across multiple teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders.
- Experience using stakeholder insight and two-way engagement to influence behaviour and support organisational change.
- Experience leading and developing people, communities or professional networks.
- A strong track record of inclusive and accessible working, with excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
