We are seeking a Credit Control professional to take full ownership of collections across a complex, fast-paced customer portfolio. This role goes beyond routine debt chasing; you will drive cash performance, reduce aged debt, and build strong commercial relationships with clients. As automation and AI transform our finance function, you will focus on complex cases, judgement-led decisions, and continuous improvement.

You will be at the heart of our Finance team, managing end-to-end Credit Control across a multi-site portfolio. Key responsibilities include driving cash and DSO reduction, managing escalations and payment plans, turning data into actionable insights, and helping evolve processes through automation and AI.

Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable within a fast-paced, high-volume environment such as Retail, Hospitality, or Real Estate.
Strong Excel skills with experience in reporting; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Experience in multi-site or property/flexible workspace environments is beneficial.
