We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Adult ESOL Curriculum Team Manager (CTM) to join our team on a 0.5 FTE job-share basis. You will bring outstanding leadership skills and relevant experience to lead and deliver ESOL provision across a diverse range of learner needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for the quality of curriculum delivery and development. You will work strategically to motivate both students and staff to achieve at the highest level. Collaborating closely with the Head of School and other managers, you will ensure students receive a high-quality learning experience that leads to excellent outcomes and progression.

Experience
Extensive successful teaching experience in ESOL or related adult education settings.
Proven leadership experience in managing curriculum delivery and development.
