About the Role
West London College is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Entry and Compliance Coordinator to act as a key operational link between the College, subcontractors, and referral partners. You will ensure the accuracy and management of student records, enrolments, and compliance documentation, playing a central role in maintaining audit, funding, and quality standards across distance learning, apprenticeship, and employability programmes.

Working closely with senior leaders and the Business Development Unit (BDU) Management Team, you will support performance reporting, funding submissions, and compliance monitoring. The role involves maintaining learning management systems, coordinating with internal teams such as MIS, and ensuring all student data is accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with partners, act as a primary point of contact for operational queries, and contribute to promoting the College’s curriculum and services within local communities and businesses. This is a target-driven role focused on achieving key performance indicators and supporting continuous improvement.

The College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners. You will be required to comply with safeguarding policies and complete mandatory training related to Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and other key areas.

West London College offers excellent employment benefits including generous annual leave, a public sector pension scheme, and great opportunities for continuous professional development (CPD).

About you
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data accurately and efficiently.
