About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ESOL Lecturer to join West London College to deliver high-quality teaching and provide an outstanding learning experience. You will contribute to curriculum development within the department and be actively involved in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and counselling students. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative and creative teaching, with up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of curriculum delivery to inspire and engage learners throughout their time at the college.

Experience
Proven experience delivering high-quality, innovative, and creative teaching and learning in ESOL or related fields. Experience in curriculum development and student recruitment processes is desirable.

Qualifications
Relevant teaching qualifications and up-to-date knowledge of curriculum delivery are essential. Compliance with safeguarding requirements and willingness to complete mandatory training related to Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and other key areas is required.
