The Release Management team is responsible for ensuring the vital final verifications on press releases, ratings and relevant disclosures are completed before publishing to Moody’s websites and the wider market. The team supports different lines of business globally in disseminating this information, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements and internal control processes. Key responsibilities include supporting accurate and timely rating publication, press release, disclosure and dissemination workflows through controlled end-to-end execution; managing shared mailboxes and routine requests; prioritizing and coordinating work across recurring deadlines; performing validations and applying controls to ensure accuracy and completeness of rating-related outputs; resolving standard workflow issues and escalating non-routine matters; monitoring workflow progress and minimizing rework; identifying and escalating data, system, or control-related issues; supporting stakeholder communication; providing workflow coverage during peak periods; and leveraging data tools and AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity.

Experience
Up to one year of relevant experience in operations, workflow processing or financial services is preferred. Familiarity with operational systems, workflow tools or tracking platforms is preferred.

About you
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform end-to-end Press Desk tasks accurately and consistently with limited supervision. Good written and verbal communication skills to respond clearly to analysts and internal stakeholders on routine publication and disclosure matters. Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple deadlines across time-sensitive rating release activities. Sound judgment to resolve standard workflow issues independently, identify discrepancies and escalate higher-risk or non-routine matters appropriately.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; foundational experience using approved artificial intelligence productivity tools, basic data queries and standard dashboards is desired.
