Location
Kings Hall Mews, London (South/Thames London area) with hybrid working: 20%-40% of contractual hours from Stratford office, site and homeworking. Site attendance 4 days a week.

Salary
£47,135 - £52,008 per annum dependant on experience. Plus Essential Car User Allowance £1,300 per annum
About the Role
Join L&Q’s Major Works Delivery Team as a Delivery Programme Lead responsible for managing large, planned programmes including kitchen and bathroom renewals, external windows and door replacements, roofing, retrofit works, and fire safety remediation. You will work closely with partnered contractors to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality outcomes, ensuring L&Q property assets are maintained in line with allocated programmes. This role involves developing efficient, de-risked project solutions and acting as the first point of contact for residents, partners, and stakeholders. The position reports to the Partnership Manager and requires site visits and collaboration across multiple locations.

Experience
- Proven experience in project management of large, planned works including kitchen/bathroom renewals, external works, retrofit, and complex projects.
- Strong site experience with technical duties such as inspection, measurement, supervision, and sign-off of works.
- Knowledge of pricing structures including NHF and schedule of rates.
- Contract management experience including risk management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formulae), mail merges, and presentations.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage data effectively.
- Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
